The object of business of ISČS is:
- gathering of financial funds by virtue of issuing unit certificates
- creation and establishment of mutual funds and management of the assets of mutual funds according to the statutes of respective mutual funds
- purchase, sale, lending and borrowing of securuties on its own account
Company's strategy
The aim of Investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s., the oldest member of the Financial Group of Česká spořitelna, founded on December 27, 1991, is to supplement the broad product and service selection of Česká sopřitelna and its Financial Group, and to satisfy, as broadly as possible, the needs of clients of Česká spořitelna. ISČS enables those investors who do not have sufficient financial means, information resources, and highly qualified know-how, to directly engage in the stock or bond markets. The Company tries to bring to the unit holders in the managed funds as hig porfits as possible, while keeping the risks to a minimum, with respect to the declared fund investment strategy.
